Project Ikuna has supported more than 3600 Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland Pacific workers gain skills and knowledge to adapt to the future of work.

Since its launch in 2020, this four-year government-funded programme was available to Auckland businesses wanting to upskill their Pacific people during work hours and create a better employee experience.

From Money Confidence to Life Online, Project Ikuna short courses have helped our region’s Pacific workers adapt to the changing nature of work and become Future Ready.
